HIKING
Well maintained paths, some also illuminated in the evening, magnificent views and unique impressions characterize the hiking paths around the rural spa! Many paths are designed as circular paths. The paths lead either along the Rott or out into the wooded Rottaler Hügelland . Some tours start in the middle of town, while our free Bad Birnbach bathing bus will take you to others. New: The theme hikes and crime hikes.

Located between the two famous cyclist streams of the Danube and Inn , away from cycle tourism, we offer you completely flat, but also challenging tours with climbs and long descents in Bad Birnbach. Maps are available for our guests. You can borrow a GPS device in the atrium.
All dream tours are stored on it, with details of the level of difficulty. You can always find a place to have a picnic or rustic inns to stop off.

NORDIC WALKING
The course, designed according to the latest sports science findings, includes 51 kilometers in seven loops. They are between 1.6 and 11.9 kilometers long and can be linked up to a marathon distance. Special stations for stretching and strengthening exercises, an interval track and a wide variety of terrain make it varied.
Due to its attractive landscape , the modern local health infrastructure and the high recreational value of the rural pool , the new course is already one of the most beautiful in Bavaria.
NATURAL BATHING
You can reach our bathing pond on foot (approx. 15 minutes) or by bike. It lies embedded in lush greenery with many bushes and trees. Refresh yourself on hot days with a dip in the cool water. Parking and sanitary facilities on site.
GOLF
We are a partner hotel of the Bella Vista Golf Park and can therefore offer you a 30% green fee reduction! The Donnau-Inn golf region can grant a 20-25% discount on their courses in the area. Our hotel is about 500 m from the golf park.
The golf course beckons with the first cock crow! If you go golfing in Bad Birnbach, you can sleep an hour longer because, unlike in “elsewhere”, you don’t need your car to reach tee 1 here. Whether on foot or with the golf cart from the hotel, the game begins in the middle of town and you gain height with every tee shot.
TENNIS
On the Bad Birnbach leisure and relaxation area you will find 7 outdoor courts and 3 indoor courts. There are parking spaces directly at the facility.
