INFRARED SAUNA
The infrared sauna offers therapeutic warmth that relieves a variety of problems with its typical cabin temperature between 40 and 60 degrees Celsius (°C), which is much lower than a traditional sauna. Infrared heat has been shown to have positive effects and boost the immune system as a whole.
