YOGA FOR LIFE

Yoga for life is a style of yoga that is life-oriented. It is geared towards sustainably improving people’s lives in all areas of life – in everyday life, in relationships, at work and in leisure time, in health and spirituality. This yoga path is exclusively practice-oriented and uses the entire range of yoga instruments to bring about concrete benefits for people in everyday life .

Through physical exercises (asanas), breath purification exercises (pranayama) and relaxation exercises we gain more life energy and health. You take these experiences with you into your everyday life and you are balanced and satisfied as a result .
